All products we supply are fully backed by either a manufactures’ guarantee or our own statutory cover. The precise length of the guarantee depends on the product(s) chosen and the accompanying cover offered. For example most of our worktops come with a 20 year manufacturers’ warranty whilst our solid oak timber doors have an 8 year guarantee as standard. Other products vary between one year and 12 years but our advisors can give you exact details relating directly to the products you require.
Of course manufacturer’s guarantees aren’t necessarily the end of the story. We always suggest letting us know if ever you have a problem with a product and we’ll do our level best to help you solve the issue.
